I stopped writing when I entered college and I really deprived myself of a passion I’ve always had, so I’ve decided to start again! One of the reasons why I started writing was to channel my feelings, as I started showing signs of depression since I was ten years old. Through writing, I was able to express what I was feeling but wasn’t able to voice out loud.
Along with expressing the thoughts that come with my mental illness, I also write about body image, body shaming, self-love/acceptance, love, heartbreak and everything in between.
This blog is about me, for me, but also for you. I hope that in expressing myself, you can relate and realize you are not alone in your journey.
